The inaugural 2023 edition of “Diversity Dividend: Exploring Gender Equality in the African Tech Ecosystem” marked the first ever deep-dive into gender equality, or the lack of it, within the African tech startup space. Key findings included the fact that of almost 2,500 African tech startups studied for the purpose of the report, only 14.6 per cent had a female co-founder and just 9.6 per cent were led by a female CEO. Disrupt Africa will shortly be releasing the second edition of “Diversity Dividend”, which will once again feature the results of a comprehensive survey conducted among female members of the entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem. We are asking female members of the ecosystem to complete the following survey. Investor survey 👇https://forms.gle/P5ZXvQiFCE5P1V2a7Founder survey 👇https://forms.gle/frhB6g3WifTeGcUm7
