In one part of the performance, there is a 45-foot dragon prop depicting one of the story’s villains, Maleficent. He said that he initially thought the burning dragon prop was part of the show’s effects; however, he quickly realized that it was an unforeseen event. The cause of the fire has not yet been officially reported by Disneyland officials. It is still unclear what the dragon prop was made of or what fueled its fire effects.
