OKLAHOMA CITY – First Fidelity Bank has earned a spot on the Forbes list of Best-In-State Banks. The award is presented by Forbes and statistics portal and industry ranking provider Statista Inc. Best-In-State Banks 2023 awards were determined based on an independent survey of approximately 26,000 consumers with checking and saving accounts who were asked about overall satisfaction with banks when it comes to things like trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services, customer service and financial advice. Forbes and Statista also looked at publicly available reviews of banks in each state. “This recognition highlights the passion and unwavering dedication displayed by every member of our team,” First Fidelity Bank Chief Executive Officer Lee Symcox said.
