In view of the Sammakka–Saralamma Medaram Mahajatara, the district administration has extensively deployed First Responder 108 bike ambulances to provide immediate medical assistance to devotees. A total of 40 First Responder 108 bike ambulances have been positioned at various key locations across the Medaram Jatara area. Officials stated that these bike ambulances have been arranged to quickly reach crowded places and provide medical support without delay. Through these mobile 108 services, devotees suffering from minor health issues such as fever, headache, vomiting or fatigue are being provided withfirst aid and essential basic medicines. The district administration emphasised that its primary aim is to ensure the safety and health protection of all devotees by implementing well-coordinated measures.
