We have had multiple reports of central midfield players Newcastle are interested in over the last 2 weeks since Tonali admitted to betting on AC Milan games to win. Since both clubs are owned by the Saudi Arabian sovereign wealth fund, it’s thought that a loan could be possible. There have been several reports that Newcastle are also interested in Everton’s 22-year-old Amadou Onana. The 6ft 4ins, 9 times capped Belgian International is a definite target for Newcastle with or without Tonali being banned. Onana has played 45 times for Everton with one goal and Steve Nickson is also said to be keen on the midfielder.
