Aston Villa are enjoying a strong start to the 2023/24 season, with Unai Emery's side currently sat in fifth place in the Premier League. There is need for further reinforcements in the January transfer window if Villa are to maintain their solid form throughout the remainder of the season. While looking more long-term, planning will already be underway for next summer's window at Villa Park. These players all have current deals set to expire in the summer, and those who ply their trade outside of England are able to sign pre-contractual agreements with Villa and other Premier League clubs in the New Year. Opening the door for a struggling Anthony Martial to find a new beginning in England with Emery at Villa.
