Rituals are simple performances you do everyday that build up and gradually condition your body and mind to make things happen. With this principle in mind, I want to share with you some little things you do that stop you from moving forward in life. If you want progress and you want to improve yourself, you must try new things to see what works and what doesn’t. As long as you keep your presence of mind, moving forward means making progress. To effect change, sometimes all you need do is look at things from a different perspective and then take steps in that direction.
