If it could be given a name, it would not be far from right to name 2019 as the year of brutal murders. On the back of a recently murdered University of Ghana Law lecturer, Prof Emmanuel Yaw Benneh, GhanaWeb highlights some high-profile murders of 2019 which are either yet to be resolved or plagued with some investigative bottlenecks. On January 14, 2019, GPHA boss, Josephine Asante was murdered in cold blood at her residence in Tema. A Plus was contracted to compose the song, the party paid him for the song. He said A Plus’ song composed for the party didn’t win them votes adding that polling and constituency station agents worked hard to amass votes for the party.
