Budding actors are being sought for a short film on football to be filmed in Burnham this autumn. Men aged between 20-25 are being asked to come forward for a role in He Shoots, He Scores, a comedy about three football friends who enjoy sport and celebrating wins at the pub. Producer Grace Derriman said that she is looking to fill two acting spots and people without any experience can come forward and apply, especially actors in training who are looking to for boost their bank of ‘showreel material’. “We are looking for young men who would naturally be football fans, and may not be a stranger to celebrating at the pub.
