“But nowhere does it ring more true than with the fabled 1903 World Series program at Pittsburgh. There are only two other known 1903 World Series programs from Pittsburgh’s Exposition Park. I don’t have to tell you that Red Sox material is very hot right now due to their World Series championship. Look for pre-war World Series programs and, as I’ve already indicated, well-scored programs from epic games. For the record, the World Series program now up for sale cost the fan five cents in 1903.
