JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Among the 50 most populated cities in the country across "five key metrics," Jacksonville is ranked 14th on the list of cities with the worst drivers in a study done by Forbes Advisor, with another Florida city ranking in the top 10. Moreover, Jacksonville is also ranked as the sixth-worst city in America for the number of people killed in fatal crashes - 16.23 per 100,000 residents. Number of fatal car accidents involving a distracted driver per 100,000 city residents: 0.72. Number of fatal car accidents involving speeding per 100,000 city residents: 0.89.
