In January 2022 and 2023 OLG was also selected for Forbes' list of Canada's Best Employers, placing in the top 20 per cent of companies on the list in 2022 and the top 15 per cent in 2023. In January 2023, OLG conducted its third Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Employee Census, which helps OLG better understand how employees experience its culture, programs and policies. Forbes and Statista Inc. selected the Canada's Best Employers for Diversity 2023 through an independent survey of employees working for companies with more than 500 employees in Canada.
