Left over from the war against ISIS are thousands of foreign men, women and their children now in the custody of US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). As those foreigners' home nations seem to be reluctant to take them back, the SDF is worried these stranded and rejected people are now left for them to deal with.
