The court had fixed Sunday for the hearing on the complaint subject to a resubmission of the petition, as it had contained incorrect information. However, the plaintiff withdrew the complaint and did not resubmit the petition. The complainant had alleged that an article in the publication titled “Sheikh Mujib's Secret Enemy,” by Serajul Islam Chowdhury, contained defamatory statements about the Father of the Nation.
