NORTH CAROLINA (WITN) - Former Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson, the Republican nominee for governor in 2024, is back in the news after appearing on a podcast addressing some of the controversies that derailed his campaign in 2024. Robinson sat down for a more than 90-minute interview on the podcast After The Call, produced by an organization called Real Truth Media. He denied the allegations at the time, saying they were lies by the media to sink his political career. On the podcast, Robinson said he had an obsession with pornography and sex as a young man, and that the denial during the campaign was, in part, to protect people around him.
