Independent candidate Joseph Nyagah leads the six fringe candidates in the presidential election. Mohamed Abduba Dida had 2232 votes from 5455 polling stations out of 40883. In total, the fringe candidates have raised 11,170 votes, which is about 1 per cent of the total votes counted by 8pm.
