This three-story loft in Manhattan's SoHo sold for $35.14million, marking a record real-estate deal for the neighborhood. The 421 Broome Street loft covers almost 8,000 square in the top three floors of the building. It became a rental building in 2004 where Ledger paid about $25,000 a month for a 4,400-square-foot unit.
