Peter Dada, AkureFour persons were reportedly burnt to death in a road accident that occurred on the Benin-Lagos Expressway at Omotoso town in the Odigbo Local Government Area of Ondo State on Monday. According to a source, a commercial bus with number plate MNY 406 XA, which was conveying eight passengers, was involved in the accident that led to the death of four of the passengers, while the remaining sustained varying degrees of injury. It was gathered that the Toyota Hiace bus was coming from Lagos and heading towards Benin. The source said one of its tyres burst, causing the vehicle to somersault several times before catching fire, which burnt four of the occupants to death.
