The incident, which occurred about 10.30pm on Saturday, came hours after two people were killed in separate incidents on New South Wales roads. A man died following a motorcycle crash on the Oxley Highway in northern NSW just hours after a separate incident on the same stretch of highway. Police and emergency services were called to Wee Waa Road, 20km north of Narrabri, about 1.20pm following reports a car had crashed into a tree. A 27-year-old woman died at the scene.
