Fourteen people were injured on Thursday when their passenger bus overturned on the Taba International Road in central Sinai. The injured were all Egyptians returning to Egypt through the port of Nuweiba. Five ambulances were dispatched to the scene of the incident to transfer the victims to hospital. No deaths have been reported as a result of the incident, and investigations are be conducted into it cause. Egypt has one of the world’s highest traffic-accident mortality rates, with traffic accidents themselves apparently on the rise.
