Fox News host Trey Gowdy asked Madison Cawthorn to back up his controversial claims about some of DC's elite. Gowdy asked Cawthorn to reveal who was involved in the drug-taking and orgies or admit that his stories were made up. "If you're being invited to cocaine parties by colleagues, tell us who invited you? Gowdy then asked Cawthorn to name the people involved in the alleged illicit activities. In response, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy also reprimanded Cawthorn, saying the North Carolina congressman had lost his trust.
