Landlord Nick Price was on vacation when he learned that the apartment building he owns on the north side of Fredericton was in flames. Having lived in the building himself for seven years, Price said, he knows most of the tenants well. Since the fire, Price said, the community response has been overwhelming . His sister-in-law, Angella Price, and some local businesses have stepped up to help. With her brother-in-law away, Angella Price has been helping tenants of the Bowlen Street building.
