By Maria MartinezFrance's industrial production fell on month in February, missing forecasts for an increase, according to data released Tuesday by the country's statistics agency, Insee. Total industrial output--comprising output in manufacturing, energy and construction--declined 0.9% in February from January. Economists polled by The Wall Street Journal had forecast factory output to rise 0.3% from the previous month.
