In a series of Tweets posted by GB News on Thursday, the channel claimed it was against all forms of racism before condemning Guto Harri's decision to take the knee live on air, which the broadcaster deemed "unacceptable". Guto took the knee, which England footballers do before each match as a symbol of unity against racist abuse, but has since seen a backlash from GB News. A statement on its official Twitter account reads: "GB News stands four square against racism in all its forms. "On Tuesday a contributing presenter took the knee live on air and this was an unacceptable breach of our standards."
