The former mayor said that in 2018, PCSO has generated an enormous increase from its total generated revenue in just one year. He thanked GM Balutan for providing responsive assistance for 760 Mandaleños with health related problems. The increase in STL revenue and STL employment showed that STL is gaining public’s acceptance and trust. Thus, apart from the P26 billion revenue generated a total of 314,596 employment opportunities were also provided to STL supervisors and collectors.
