Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) on Sunday fueled unsubstantiated conspiracy theories about voter fraud and urged President Donald Trump not to concede the election, despite virtually all major media networks projecting Joe Biden as the winner. “This is a contested election,” said Graham, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee. “If Republicans don’t challenge and change the U.S. election system, there’ll never be a Republican president elected again,” Graham told Fox News. “President Trump should not concede.
