Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua is now in the village for the Easter holidays. Gachagua visited his aunt, Gladys Gathoni who stays a few kilometres from his home. "It brought back memories of similar journeys I made to her home in the seventies, to get yellow passion fruits," Gachagua said. The second in command was in the company of his wife Dorcas in the wee hours of Friday morning. Gachagua's aunt Gathoni prepared a heavy breakfast meal for the two and accompanied it with prayers.
