Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua took an early morning walk in Kakamega county. While walking down the streets of Western region, he referred to Kakamega as the Green jewel of Kenya. "My walk this morning through the streets of the beautiful Kakamega Town offered a refreshing glimpse of the serenity in the horizon, ushering in very fresh air," Gachagua said. The DP revealed that the morning walk was a pleasant way to prepare mind and soul for the week ahead. Gachagua will accompany his boss, President William Ruto as he continues with his busy working tour of the Western Kenya Region.
