Garda ombudsman office investigating death of man in WestmeathFiosrú, the Office of the Police Ombudsman, is independently investigating the sudden death of a 34-year-old man on Saturday, March 28, in Mullingar. The referral to Fiosrú was made by a Garda Superintendent. Fiosrú is appealing to any witnesses to the incident to come forward. Fiosrú would like to hear from anyone who was on the Main Street, Mullingar, at approximately 10-11am on Saturday.
