Manchester United legend Gary Neville says Liverpool can only improve in one area of the pitch. Liverpool beat Neville’s former side 2-0 on Sunday at Anfield to extend their lead at the top of the Premier League to 16 points with a game in hand. Neville says Liverpool are the best team in the world on current form and initially said there are no positions that need strengthening in the squad. However, he does think signing another midfielder to play alongside the likes of Jordan Henderson, Fabinho and Georginio Wijnaldum could be a possibility. Neville reckons adding competition for places to the likes of Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Naby Keita is the way to go, especially if Adam Lallana leaves as expected in the summer.
