A man has died after a gas explosion at Terminal 8 of Kwai Chung Container Terminals on Thursday morning, with his body thrown 10 meters away from the blast. It is understood the worker was pumping compressed gas into a dock bumper at around 9am this morning when the accident occurred. The worker, who fell into a coma after the explosion, was rushed to Princess Margaret Hospital and died after resuscitation attempts. Police are still investigating the incident.
