Gen Z males twice as likely as baby boomers to believe wives should obey husbands

TLDRA global survey of 23,000 people found that Generation Z men and boys hold more traditional views about gender roles than older generations. Almost a third of Gen Z males believe a wife should obey her husband, and 33% think a husband should have the final say on important decisions. This is twice as likely as baby boomer men. The survey also revealed that Gen Z males have more traditional expectations of their own behavior and choices, such as not expressing affection to friends and viewing caregiving as less masculine.
