By Dean SealGeo Group has filed motions in a California federal court to vacate an intake prohibition order issued three years ago that limits the use of its processing center in Adelanto based on pandemic-era conditions. The prison operator disclosed on Monday that Immigration & Customs Enforcement is considering whether to discontinue its use of the facility due to the impact of outdated Covid-19 related limitations imposed by the court three years ago.
