This was disclosed by the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Indonesia to Ghana, Paskal A B Rois, popularly known as Togbe Afrika, who indicated that the Indonesian government is supporting Ghana’s National Vaccine Institute in establishing a vaccine manufacturing capacity. “Ghana is also receiving support from Indonesia. Indonesia is supporting Ghana to manufacture its first-ever vaccine. "I led Dr Soji Tetteh to Indonesia together with Dr Pupuni from the FDA, the CEO and COO of the local company that will be manufacturing the vaccine — David Pulcher — and a representative from GIZ, Jaspa.
