Friary Vintners Ltd and Still Sisters of Frome want the licence for their new shop at 11 St George’s Works off Silver Street in Trowbridge. Still Sisters and Friary Drinks director Tori Jordan said they plan to set up a micro gin distillery on the premises enabling customers to experience interactive gin and food-tasting events. Tori Jordan and her sister Hannash Smith are applying for the premises licence for Friary Vintners Ltd to sell Still Sisters gin products at interactive food-tasting events. The licence would apply to both on and off sales at the premises, which are currently being converted. Customers would be able to taste the company’s gin products in a retail shop before they buy.
