A four-year-old girl died in her sleep at her Texas home within a day after she and her unvaccinated parents contracted COVID-19. The Texas Department of State Health Services reported nearly 20,000 new COVID cases and 400 new deaths as of Friday. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported more than 163,000 new cases, and nearly 1,650 new deaths nationwide.
