A local man, first raped the girl on February 14, and continued to do so on several occasionsA ninth-grader reportedly became pregnant after being raped in Kholadanga Paschimbara village under Sadar upazila of Jessore. Around 8pm on Wednesday, Mehedi again took the girl to a local poultry firm with Billal’s help and raped her. Family members looking for the girl rescued her from the spot, but Mehedi and Billal had fled. “The girl is reportedly two-months pregnant. So we sent her to hospital for medical tests on Thursday,” the OC said.
