Elizha Sildo tallied 10 points, with eight from attacks and two on blocks to lead the Lady Altas to the victory that secured them top spot in the Final Four. Penelope Vargas and Catherine Chu led Arellano with six points apiece. With this, Perpetual secured the first spot in the Final Four with Arellano ranked second.
