I don’t presume it’s a routine practice for Gibby to deliver the lineup card to the umpires before every Blue Jays game – that’s usually a task left to a coach – but I sure hope he does today. He can be tough when he needs to be – ask the players he’s publicly clashed with over the years – and he strikes me as fiercely loyal to the guys who play for him. So we’ll leave that alone for a moment because it’s a bit of nitpicking and that’s not worth it right now. If you’re at the game today and he gets on field, stand and cheer. Kawhi was fine, Kyle was fine, everything was fine.
