As the Glasgow Times reported last year, a proposal was submitted to erect 10 homes on a plot at 10 Kelbourne Street. The site was once the annexe of North Kelvinside Parish Church, which was demolished in 2014. The bid received a huge backlash from locals, including from North Kelvin Community Council, who voiced concerns about the height of the building and increased traffic.
