Picture Credit: Frank McGrathGolf Ireland has welcomed the Government's decision to allow courses to reopen on December 1, following the easing of Covid-19 restrictions announced this evening. Golf Ireland have also announced a list of measures for courses and players to adhere to from December 1 (see below). A statement read: "Golf Ireland welcomes the Government’s decision today that golf courses can reopen from Tuesday next 1st December. Golf Ireland CEO Mark Kennelly said: "The golf community is pleased that courses can reopen from Tuesday next. Further guidance for golfers and golf clubs is contained in the General Guidance document attached.
