Governor Jonathan Bii's surprise reshuffle of his cabinet in Uasin Gishu has sparked panic at the county headquarters. Kotut swapped places with Abraham Serem, who is also a close ally of the governor. Anthony Sitienei, who was lands executive has swapped places with Janet Kosgei of education. The governor has also moved to the grassroots in the county to ensure implementation of his Nguzo Kumi agenda. We know it’s the work of some of those I defeated in the last elections, who are yet to believe that I am now the governor,” Bii said.
