The international World Water Day theme for 2026 is "Water and Gender Equality," emphasising justice, equality, and the role of all parties, regardless of gender, in managing water resources. Meanwhile, the national-level World Water Day theme is "Water Belongs to Everyone," a reminder that every individual has the right to clean, safe, and sufficient water.
