Asif Mahmud also pledged to ensure justice for all martyrs killed from the 2009 BDR mutiny through Shapla Chattar and the 2024 mass uprising. Commenting on Bangladesh-India relationship, Asif Mahmud said Bangladesh is surrounded on three sides by a single country and expects respectful neighbourly relations. He said if the 11-party alliance forms the government, arrangements will be made to provide military training to youths under the supervision of the armed forces, with the number of trainees doubled. He criticised attempts to rehabilitate fascist forces, warning that people would again face repression if such forces return to power. Jatiya Jubo Shakti Convener Advocate Tarikul Islam warned against attempts to seize polling centres and said the 11-party alliance would resist any move to deprive people of their voting rights.
