(Photo by Prasit Tangprasert)NAKHON RATCHASIMA: Employees of government offices work black clothing to work on Tuesday in mourning for the victims of Saturday's rampage by a gun-wielding soldier who killed 30 people and wounded 58 others. The government has asked officials to wear black for one day to send a message of condolence to victims and their families. At the 13th Regional Education Office in Muang district, director Kornkaew Baebklang and 50 staff stood in a minute's silence before work. Donations can still be made via Krungthai Bank account No 678-9-97951-4, or at the centre for providing assistance for the victims of the shooting on the ground floor of the city hall.
