In 2020, Liberians across the 15 counties will go to the polls in a Special Senatorial Election, in which, 15 of the 30 senatorial seats will be up for contest. In Grand Bassa County, Senator Nyonblee Karnga-Lawrence’s seat will be up for contest and Mr. Vah seems keen on contesting for the will-be vacant seat. “It is time for us to change those failed leaders; most especially, those leaders from Grand Bassa [County] who want everything for themselves,” Vah said. “I represent a new beginning and fresh start for the county; I will like to work for the people of Grand Bassa County and help lift the county out of poverty to prosperity. I am an aspirant for the Senatorial seat of Grand Bassa 2020,” he said.
