The Grand Hyatt Manila recently had its ceremonial blessing, and unveiled its marker with President Rodrigo Duterte gracing the event. Rising beside the hotel will be the 45-storey Grand Hyatt Residences. Grand Hyatt Manila, including Grand Hyatt Residences and Metrobank Center are all within Federal Land’s flagship project—Grand Central Park at North BGC, Taguig. At the unveiling were (from left) Taguig Congresswoman Pia Cayetano; ORIX Corp. senior chairman Yoshihiko Miyauchi; GT Capital Group chairman George S.K. Ty; His Excellency President Rodrigo Roa Duterte; executive secretary Salvador Medialdea; Federal Land Inc. chairman and CEO Alfred V. Ty; and Taguig City Mayor Lani Cayetano.
