KCM is a Korean restaurant located at 209 Diamond Ave SE in the East Hills Neighborhood of Grand Rapids. KCM's Hire Katsu Curry was listed in the New York Times' "Best American Dishes of 2023". But yeah, I really, really, really appreciate, like the article. Grand Rapids is not such a place, which is part of the reason my visit to KCM was so memorable.
