The victim according to the duo was chained for two months inside a two-room apartment located at Ifelagba Community in Obada Oko area of the State. Iliyasu described the development as unfortunate considering the health of the boy who was tied with a big chain on both hands and legs. She explained that the boy was brought to her last November having stayed with her paternal grandmother for six years in Sagamu. “I was told that he was so stubborn and always run away from home while he was at Sagamu with his paternal grandmother. The boy told newsmen that he developed the attitude of running from home because he was often being starved by his paternal grandmother.
