Seb and Daisy’s wedding plans were almost scuppered, first by Covid-19 and then by a rare Mediterranean hurricaneDaisy Ingram, 28, a finance director at a data tech start-up, and Sebastian Cook, 31, an integration architect, were married on September 18, 2020, at Nydri Town Hall, on the Greek island of LefkasDaisy and Seb wanted to give their wedding guests an adventure. They considered skiing or a rainforest in Bali, but settled on sailing between Greek islands. Then they were hit by a rare Mediterranean hurricane. After six summers on sailing holidays with Daisy’s family, he now appreciates the excitement of discovering new places by boat. Daisy and Seb admitted it was a relief when their 40 guests arrived on Lefkas ALEX BECKETTDaisy and Seb met in 2010.
